iPad and Mobile Useability Concern

Dear Team ,

-> QVW designed for desktop/laptop renders as expected on laptop and deskotp computer.

Problem :

-> same dashboard when opened on an iPad has charts chopped off / useability issues persists.

workaround tried :

-> set window size to 1024*768 to fit to any window ( posted as solution at one of the qlikview blogs), fails to work.

-> check if HTML 5 is completely supported - Answer is yes but dashboard does not render as expected

You have chosen for QlikView. QlikView offers you "pixel perfect design". In other words: You can decide where every object is precisely by the pixel.

Since you PC screen has a different format as your iPad, you will never have the perfect design.

The solution would be to start considering the switch to Qlik Sense. Qlik Sense automatically adjusts to screen size, even when rotating your iPad. Qlik offers the option to freely convert (part of) your license from QlikView to Qlik Sense and you can freely download the Qlik Sense desktop if you want to experiment with it first.
