if statement in pivot table

I have this tables

Status_Flag         People_ID          Academic

Y                      000001                Aviation

Y                      000002                Aviation

N                       000003               Aviation

N                       000004               Business

N                       000005               Business

Y                       000006               Business

Y                       000007               Business

and i need to display the count of students where Status_Flag = 'Y' in pivot table

I use =count({<Status_Flag={'Y'}>} Status_Flag) but it doesn't working.
