% in Pivot

Hi,

I had a pivot table, in that there are 3 dimentions-Accessor Name, CallCat(Grievance, EscaltedRqt, Request), Productivity Tat(Beyond Tat, Within Tat) and One expression: Count(CaseID).

I wanted % based on Productivity Tat.

For example: as shown in attached image:

For EscalatedRequest Column under 'Within Tat'. First Row % should be 13/64=20%, For Beyond Tat-Escalated Request, it should be 3/21=14%

Your help is important to me. . .

Best Regards,

BRIJESH

Hi,

You can do the expression like Count(CaseID)/ Count(TOTAL CaseID) and choose expression number format with "Show In Percent".

Hi

Use the formula in Expressions

= escalated request / sum (total (escalated request)

Similarly do for the next .
