I hope this is in production and data is getting upended daily, so there is an increase in the volume resulting in high execution time.

Contact your admin team and see if the load on the server is relatively heavy during your refresh time, if so alter your time or ask some one change their.

Also look into log carefully you should see when it got the resource allocated and before starting the execution, the time does not show the actual time take for refresh, it shows the overall time of wait before getting the resource to the actual execution time.....

Hope this helps.

Hi,

I think that sharing logs of the execution of several days would be helpful. Maybe the answer is in the increasing of the records volume...

Hi Muñoz Héctor

I have two logs, One of them is document log that have no change in several days and another log is qlikview console log that i shared and changes every day, Lines in the red box increase everyday.

and we don't have increasing record volume problem because this dashboard have been working for the 3 years with no problem, recently I've been confronting the problem

Hi Kabir,

Case 1:-There is one more chance if you or some schedule other new jobs at the same time then also it will increase in Time

Case 2:- How long your machine is Up ?(Start task Manager-->Performance Tab--> Up Time in System block)

if you have any chance better to restart machine once

Note:- Non- business hours you need to do below one.

case 3:- take the backup of this .qvw file  and remove same application files totally (.qvw,.Met,.Shared ) files

now change the name of your backup file and schedule as a new job at the same time and check how much time it is taking.

I hope you will get solution for your issue, else let me know .

i have attached a document log file for you that have no change on running time, But i see increase in console log's running time that i can't copy and send it for you because i don't know where they are store in server.
