issue after upgrade

Hi Experts,

Today, we have upgraded our live server from QV11.2 to QV12.10.2 SR7.

After the upgrade, we found some issues in the accesspoint qvws

1. Images which are used in the pivot table expressions are not getting displayed in Accesspoint

2. when we try to open a qvw in Accesspoint, it is showing the entire path of the document on the address bar.

for example, if i open Sales.qvw, then address bar is showing published\Sales\Sales.qvw

can someone please help me to correct these bugs? Also, can you please let me know the reason for this?
