issue using excel file from intranet site - Qlik Community

I have created n QlikView application using an excel file stored on our Intranet in Sharepoint. The application works fine locally but when I put the app on our Qlkview server and attempt to reload it through the QVMC the application returns a Failed reload message.

Can't really tell from the log file what the issue is.

I'm fairly new to QV so any help would be appreciated.

does the QlikView services account have access to the Intranet Sharepoint?
