jgwessels - Help not displaying

Hi, I have a user , when he click on help it opens both the groups , the one with the title and the one with the context, The tile one is populated but the right hand colum is blank, I have uninstalled Qlikview11SR2 and reinstalled after a restart, it did not help, The user have full administrator rights, Please help
