i mean if we want it to be bold and large fonts but legends being regular and small font

Yes that's correct and the expression is ='<B>' to make it bold

For that you can work in expression + and visual cases.

There you can find presentation change in label and all.

And if you want label color on axis and all then you can give in dimension +  accordingly.

Enable Design grid and in the chart, right click over the label (not into properties) just over the label, and choose "personalize cell format" or something like this, I work with Qlik in Spanish. There you can set font properties for the label.
