leasing a license

Am trying to lease a license from one of the development server for which i dont have access to

so will that be working for me ?

As per my knowledge you cannot lease a licence from Test server.

Neelam Sehrawar is correct: if your server license is a Test license, you cannot lease from them, you will need to lease from the production environment. Once you have a valid license, you can access a test server or any other server.
