license key invalid

i've install qlivkview version 11.20.12742.0 SR10 64 bit and put my license key with the control number and get "license key ou crontrol number invalid" . (i check that it was the good zone but it still not work)

I resolved the problem. When i copy from wordpad to excel the license key , the last digit become 0 . So i try to enter a bad license key. I've never see that.

Hi Jean,

I'm glad you sorted this, I've seem similar when copying the text from outlook as it can sometimes trim/change the last character of the key, but QV is still looking for it.

Hi Jean Paul,

I had exactly the same happen recently - I copied our new NPrinting keys to an Excel file and then into NPrinting only to find that the last digit had changed to a 0. It's because Excel is limited to 15 "significant digits" so it rounds the last digit for these licence numbers.
