hi,
i have this table:
| call num | handler name | days |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | adi | 4 |
| 2 | shai | 23 |
| 3 | adi | 1 |
| 4 | tal | 2 |
i want a bar chart that in the dimension i will have the call num and in the expression the days.
but i want that only the calls num (dimension) of adi will shown (1,3) .
how can i do that?
Add the Set Analysis in the Expression like below

You can also do this as a calculated dimension like this

but make sure you suppress 0 values like below

Rather than hard-coding the restriction, why not add a list box to allow the user to select the handler name?
tnx,
but i still see all the call nums in the y axe.
I get this, Is that what you need

but if i want that even if i am filtering by other handler i will still see the chart with the data of adi calls?
because i need a chart of each handler....
See attached
Hi Arnon,
Please try this,
Sum({$<Handler={$(=Handler)}>}Days)
