line chart

I am trying to create line chart .

I am unable to do in qlikview but in tableau I am able to do it easily.

What features help in creating the line chart.

I am attaching screenshot from the tableau( the one i want) and qlikview( seems different )

What should I change so that my qlikview line chart looks tableau.

I think you have two dimension and one expression

just pramote Date_Of_stock Dimension.

I did that

Attach is screenshot.If you see the chart is very different from the one in tableau.Tab chart is continuous .

Note You are right about dimension I have two dimension and one expression .

Hi,

Go to Property->Sort->select Date_Of_Stock ascending

and then go to Property->Axes->select Primary Dimension Labels->select middle redio Button ->for / this way date representation or for | select third radio button

Hey,

in Tableau you tage the AVG and in QlikView you take the Sum-Funktion, perhaps you have to take the Avg() Funktion in QlikView, too.

And you can Sort your Dimension Date_of_Stock in the right order.

I did all this.

In tab the line chart is continuous .

In qlikview I dont see that.

I mean qlikview I see continuous value only from feb ( few dates )

No i know what u mean but it wont solve my problem

I want a line graph with each point on line graph corresponding to date and price .
