linear gauge as an expression in pivot table

got a pivot table in which I have an expression that needs to be displayed as linear gauge

is there a way to the lower bound of segment one dynamic ?

the dimension used is Team and each team has a threshold value; and I want this value to be the lower bound of segment 2 however the first value seen is being applied to all

is there a way?

No. All rows will use the same bounds for the segments.
