list box does not show associated value at top

here some user name are also associated with project id just like Planner name but these values are showing when i scroll down in user name list box .

I want to show all values related to project id at the top .

Please help.

Have you checked "Show as Tree View" is not checked, in List Properties General tab.

if it is check, then uncheck it...

When i close the QV and again start it is working fine.

Why this happen , do you know ?

not sure, did not face this issue before but.

give a try to remove delete the list and create again,,,,

Hi Agnivesh,

Follow the steps,

1. go to the ListBox Properties of Planner Name

2. in Sort Tab check the Frequency checkbox And set to descending order and also the Numeric Checkbox and set to ascending order.
