list box selection

When i select 3rd or 4th value in the list box, it comes at the top.

I mean selected value comes at the top.

How can i avoid it.

In Sort tab , Uncheck sort by State

Still it changes the position

Set the Sort by State option to Auto Ascending.

Check out if you have enabled single selected value? Go to->Properties and un check the box if done so.
