loading content for the accesspoint

Hi All, 

Our one of the user opens Qlikview accesspoint, and he is getting continuously ‘loading content’ for the accesspoint.

But accesspoint is working for other users without any issue. 

I am Using QV 11.00.11282.0 SR1 64 bit Edition.

Kindly provide any suggestion.
