locked list box

I locked 1 month and 1 year at list box and now cannot go back to see all months adn years. How can I change that?

In the listbox, right click and select "Unlock".

It does not give me option to unlock anymore, thats my issue

Even if you right click on the list box? Which options do appear when you right click?
