The log files of my qvw dashbords are not generated. I check the folder where the qvw located on the server and I didn't found any log file..The option to generate log files in qvw is checked.

whene i reload the qvw manually it works but via qmc no and it said that the task failed so i try to see what the log said but i found nothing

Strange, Are you sure you will check the log file from Document properties in general tab (Ctrl + Shift + D). Then, Where you are trying this i mean QMC / Local Client. And log file should store same path where you are trying to generate stored that qvw?

I mean let's assume if your file stored D:\Qlikview. Logfile store should D:\Qlikview It self. I don't think so why it's not generated. Would you provide me whih version you are using now?

Yes It is cheked and I am used to find those logs on the server D:\Qlikview\dashfolder\dash.qvw

whene I reload the qvw manually it works but with qmc the task takes too much time and there is no log file under the dash folder on the server

qlikview version 11.2

the pb is in the QMC??

1) What's the file size of that qvw?

2) How much time it takes to reload?

3) If you are running from Server, you must need to check Server path from server machine

4) Then try to close that and run again then see.

Don't forget to put helpful which is suits for you
