login problem with header authentication

Hi experts

We use the “header” type to authenticate. The configures are as follows:

The SSO are okay, but if we try to sign in Accesspoint by username and password, something went wrong

After clicking ‘Submit’, it shows me a blank page instead of the accesspoint.Checking the console, it gives me a 401(unauthorized) problem.

We want both SSO and the traditional login okay, how to handle the problem?

please help.
