multiple selection in one list box

Hello

I have a list box which has 10000+ rows offered for selection.

The data is pertaining to Skill of a resource.

If i want to select resources posessing "database" skill then i type Database and hit enter.

But if i want to select database or Java skill then how do i go about it?

Question is how can i select multiple wild values in one selection box...

I know i can click one by one bu that will not help me as i have 10000+ categories
