my location on the table

Is it possible to find out my location (where I right now click) on a pivot table or a straight table.

For example if I click on 55 in below table it will give me

the column name: Score,

the row name: Len

the Score :55

Knowing the column name is probably not possible if you are using it as an expression, but other two should be simple

=Name

=Score
