need help with a chart

Hi All

I need help creating the chart using the data in the excel spreadsheet in qlikview.  The data on the spreadsheet is from data pulled into qlikview however, I'm not sure how to create the chart.

Please see attached. It's a very basic job - basically you select the dimensions, create expressions, drag them where you want them (making sure "Allow pivoting" is selected in "Presentation", "Always fully expanded" helps too at this stage) and that's it, the one somewhat tricky thing is the use of TOTAL in the percentage expression. Fine-tuning like showing summaries for one value of a dimension (Projects) but not the others is a little more finicky...

Hi Jack,

Did you try using the button "Table Files" in the Script editor window to load the XLS file? What else do you need once you have successfully loaded into QlikView? What kind of chart do you want to show and what issues are you encountering?

I don't have an issue with getting the data into qlikview.  I need help with creating a pivot chart like the one in the excel file in qlikview and I don't know how to create it.
