Hi swetha

1)stop all the service

2) change the user logon in the properties

3) set the correct password for that users

4) apply and run the services again

5) remember that user have to be in the Qlikview Administrator Group and as well as Local Administrator Group

6)If you are running IIS you need to change the Application Pool Identity also.

Make sure to close thread if it answer.

Hiii Shweta,

If you want to change the password of Qlikview Server, then you also need to change the password of Qlikview Services and need to restart again that service.

If you also have some reload schedule then you also need to change the password of that reload schedules.

Thanks & Regards
