new QlikView.Application start hidden in Qv9 x64

In a .NET 64 bit application we try to start a new QlikView.Application with QlikView Version 9 64 bit installed.

The qv.exe start in the task manager but it is hidden so it's impossible to get it visible !!!

Any idea?

Hi there - did you find a resolution to this issue.  I have seen a similar problem on a client site.  My issue is with starting from a double click of the icon rather than firing from .Net though.
