our users browse to qv from thier local machines, through internet explorer. Currently on the server, inside QV management console, we have one file XYZ.qvw,which has status "Failed".
The error message below reads:
Latest log message: HPC.qvw
The document failed to open.Document could not be opened Reload failed because the document could not be opened successfully. DocumentState=CouldNotOpenDocument Reload failed. Distribution skipped. The task "HPC.qvw" failed. ErrorCount=5
FYI the reload of the file is set to once per hour...
It seems that you are using section access and you need to specify any ADMIN user (as such in the section access) in the reload task, at the bottom of the page. You will need as well to add the user that is running the QlikView services to the section access, as in here.
