new user doesn't see all documents in access point

Dear all,

I've created a new local user USER3 on my qlikview server, but the new user doesn't see all the stored documents.

Does anybody help me about this issue ?

It' a normal user , like other already stored and I don't exceed over my cals number limit.

Help please

Is USER3 included in any Section Access? By default you cannot see applications in AP that you don't have access to.

Hi,

May be you would check if there is any AD groups associated with all docs on that server. If so then add User3 to that AD group so that the User3 would be able to see all documents.

Also try assigning Document call to the User3.
