no USER CALL for your account

Dear QlikView developers,

I have the following problem on a specific machine that tries to open a QVW via a QlikView accespoint.

The message is shown below. The strange thing is that other users can successfully open the same document. But one person has this message.

I made no changes in the default license settings on the server and i got more the enough licenses available.

Anyone that has some good ideas?
