no preview available

Can anyone explain why on the AccessPoint some applications you build don't have the preview option?

You get the Qlikview logo and then the words 'no preview available'

Hi Chris,

For this you have to go and set the properties of that particular application.

Document Properties > Opening Tab > Document Thumbnail (At bottom) as Image.

Hi,

Try this.

Go to setting tab>click on opening>bydefault it shows "opening sheet button" checked >mark it unchecked and checked "no images button">then reload>again checked  "the opening sheet button" and unchecked "No image button">reload the qvw.>you got the image.

Hi Chris,

I have noticed this happens sometimes when you are using an extension in your document, for some reason it looks like the portal is not able to generate the thumbnail.

This happened to me when I've copied all the files (qvd, qvw...) from the work to the final folder. I fixed it creating a new object and saving the application. That's all.
