not showing all available document on access point

i am using Qlikview 11 ..

today suddenly not showing all available document on access point , i have 10 documents,

but now on the access point 9 documents ,

i don't know how to display the missing document ?!??

i restarted the services ,,, and i reload again all the documents ,, but

not solve yet ...

Does the user have authorazation for the missing document? Maybe this is somehow removed.

as i am using the NTFS Authorization mode, i add the user on the sharing folder ..

my application Folder - right click - properties - sharing - add the user ..

Look at the actual .qvw file.

Right click > Properties > Security and see if the user (or a group that the user belongs to) is listed there
