null values

Hi,

i am having raw data as below..

Feild1	Feild2	feild3
A	10	20
B	60	40
C
D

when i created the Pivot table, i can able to see only first two rows(A,B), remaining two rows are suppressed due to they are not containing values .

i want to see the C,D rows also if they do not have any values.

please help me on this.

I loaded data from the attached excel.

To obtain your desired result I have unchecked "Suppress zero-values" from Presentation Tab.
