open url in another window with out popup

Hi,

I have linked action to open external link to a text box, it is opening in another window followed by cliking on a below popup, but I want to avoid this popup and open directly in another window. Is it possible?

Dear Praveena,

yes it is possible, just follow the listed below sequence of steps,

Right Click on sheet > New sheet object > Text object > Actions > Add > select Action type (External) > select Action (Open URL) > Press Ok > Insert URL at right side (URL box).

Example: www.google.com

I am already able to link external url in action, I want to open that url in another window with out showing qlikview popup message that was shown from my original post(above attached)

- open your user settings -->security --> select "Launch"

The requirement is, the pdf file should be opened in another window by

clicking a button(it has openurl action)

When we try to open in AJAX client, the attached popup message would come

up when we click the button.As per the requirement, pop up message window

should not appear, just opened the file in another window.

Is there any functionality is available to disable the popup?
