pdf report color on access point

Hi qlikviewers,

I have created a pdf report using qlikview developper but when i want to download it via the  access point i realise that qlikview replace color by motif, some one can help me ?

Make sure the "Use Patters Instead of Colors" option is not checked for your charts:
