permissions with excell

hi all,

I use excel to manage permissions in my model I match NTname and territory, when a user log's in the app he can see only his territory.

I added a tab to and I want to let users see also country's that they are active in.

but territory and country's not always match due data constraints.. and some of the data is not available

is it possible to cross between two dimensions (territory/country's) in the excel or other security option?

or another solution for specific tab?
