pivot chart dimensions coloring

Hi,

I need to color the different dimensions and the subtotals of each in the respective colors.

I am doing it by setting the background color in the dimensions.I even tried out by enabling the grid view.

But my problem is i need the total row of each dimension to be displayed in one color as shown below:

Product

Location

Seller

Meaure1

Meaure2

a

abc

abc

adc

Total

Total

Total

Currently i am getting like this:

Product

Location

Seller

Meaure1

Meaure2

a

abc

abc

adc

Total

Total

Total

Please help me to format the Pivot chart.

By enabling grid view is there any option to format each individual cell?

Urgent.

Thanks in advance.

Sorry, I am busy this afternoon and can not get this clear in my head.

I think you can do conditional colouring on the expression using a mixture of the dimensionality( ) and rowno( ) functions; read the help as it shows what values you get in the pivot table totals rows.

I'll try again later (if I have time).

Go to expression you want to color, and then click the plus sign in front of it.. You will get backgroung color property, where you can put your wanted colors.
You can place some ifs there, and cells will be colored by different criterias.

Dimensionality of Total row is 0.. Use that as a criteria.
