pivot - concat with filter

Hello everybody

A very simple question for such  experts as you are 🙂 

How can I filter a 'concat' operation ? Let's see the attached example, I want to see only the fruit that has in their cycle the word "customer", therefore only the orange shall be visible.

Any idea ?
