plug in add on

HI,

we are using the IE plugin.

our users using the IE 11.

ALL of our users are able to see the model with th link-

server/plugin/qvplugin/opendon.htm?documents=model.qvw

but,

one of our users also with the ie11 when he tring to enter the model

insted of show the line-

"this website want to run the following add-on...."

he see just a X.

please try to help because it an inportant user.
