populating selected values from default state as possible values on alternate state selection box?

as i am trying to figure out ways to develop my application to be more dynamic, i tried to find a solution to this and failed:

Is there a way to populate selected values from default state as possible values (limited list to pick from) on alternate state selection box?

You may be able to use Aggr() function to do this. Do you have a sample where we can play around with it?
