problem when open QV document action with transfer state

hello,

we have 2 documents chained one another by using "open qlikview document" with transfer state.

When transfer state is not used, eveything is ok

when transfer state is used, the following occurs :

first, we see mesage 1 (see attached doc) saying the document is opened in another url (this is false, it opens as soon as we click OK)

then, the message 2 appears . It says ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

when looking et the url, i noticed that it included :

bookmerk=SERVER\BM09

I tried to change the backslash by slash and then the second document opened.

we use qlikview 11.20 11.20.12904.0

i tried to use chrome and IE
