problems install qlikview 9 personal desktop on windows vista Ultimate sp2

please helpme i have problems to install qlikview personal desktop on windows vista ultimate sp2, in begins to install show me the following message : "Faltal Error" , "la instalacion finalizo prematuramente a causa de un error"
