you don't seriously expect someone to answer all these questions here, do you? If you are a beginner in QlikView and you want to get prepared for an interview, I'd recommend to read one of the QlikView books. For example, you can get answers to most of these questions in my new book QlikView Your Business.

For all of the technical questions you will find the answers here in Qlik Community, but questions like: What is the size of your team? or: How you manage your schedule when you have a tight deadline? are generally asked in job interviews... If you don't have experience to answer any of these questions, why you are applying for the job?

A very good guideline that helped me a lot was (as mentioned before by engishfaque) was  QlikView 11 for Developers => By Barry Harmsen. You simply have to start building dashboards yourself to find out truly what are the differences between for example SET and LET...
