Hi,

It will create a separate application for every field you have.

It can be used to send email to individuals available in your List box e.t.c.

Region wise Application distribution and many more.

Hi,

It will reduce the application based on given field. Suppose you have 4 zones data. If you have given Loop And Reduce on Zone field It will reduce into 4 applications and distribute the application to mentioned users(Based on Section Access) of similar zones.

Hi,

I know it is an old thread but I think it's worth asking here.

Is it possible to reduce the document with publisher but without generating several documents?

I mean, I have a field to do the reducing, but I prefer to publish one document instead of several, that way I don't need to manage users in the management console (I do it by section access) and I have only 1 doc copied to the server.
