Ashok,

There is not any special upgrade path from SR12 (yours) to SR15 (latest). Make a backup of your existing QlikView server data (folder C:\ProgramData\QlikTech) and follow the installer instructions.

Anyway, if you need official documentation it is in the Server Reference Manual section 3 (pages 19-22). You can find the manual in the Downloads area, and if not, request it to Qlik Support using the Support Portal (have your license number handy, just in case)

Also, check regularly the Technical Bulletin and the Support Updates blogs so you can be aware of any changes and each version release notes.

Yes, as I said, it is in the Download area, click on QlikView > Documentation. If you don't see it, please request it to Support. The document will change with next versions and you should have access to the latest version.
