"Failed to contact QVS. make sure that the qvs is available with the correct credentials "

Hi Team,

We are facing issue in QMC. When clicked on QVS we are getting error "Failed to contact QVS. make sure that the qvs is available with the correct credentials "

And not able to view folder Tab in QVS. and also User document folder is not accessible. but access point and scheduler is working. kindly help on this issue.

Boa tarde,

Também aqui em minha empresa estou tendo o mesmo problema.

Os serviços estão todos ok, porem o no QEMC em Services o Serviço QVS@ está com falha.

@Grace Rashmi vc solucionou o seu problema ?

Hi,

I'm facing the exact same problem also using the same AD domain account for all services.

Did you find an explanation and solution to the problem?
