"Greying out" Buttons

I am trying to "grey out" and stop the actions on some buttons on my dashboard.

The buttons on the left control the chart in the middle.

when I select "PFY", I want the top 3 buttons (BWOps, BW Ops%, BW Fx) on the left to be greyed out.

I also don't want a user to be able to select those buttons, or if they select them, none of the actions should be done.

Let me know if this is possible, I have attached a sample app as well.

I know I could just put a conditional show function for this, but that is an alternative.

Please find attached application. I have done the changes in your application. you can play with Enable condition property of button.
