Hi All,
I've a strange issue.
Our Qlikview-server was working fine.
But today the access-point keeps saying "Loading Content".
I didn't change anything and since this morning it is not working anymore.
I've restarted the server and I've run C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\aspnet_regiis.exe -i
in the dos-command after the restart.
But nothing seems to help.
Who has an idea what could be wrong?
we are using QV 11.2 SR10 on a windows server 2008 R2 Enterprise machine.
regards,
Kris
Does the QMC show any error? Also, do the services run with the account in the local Administrators group and QlikView Administrators?
It sometimes happens to us when IT cleans up groups that service accounts are removed and although the services are up and running, you cannot connect.
Other possible topics of investigation:
Some of our users experienced this during the last months and it was always related to the browser cache and cookies which seems to be corrupted and/or blocked from some measure - therefore clean them and try it again.

I've been to our IT-people and they didn't change anything.
The user We use for the services do have administrator rights.
The QMC doesn't show any error. All services are running.
The QMC opens and have 4 tabs. And also on the server the access point is saying 'Loading content'
I can open an AP-document in QV-desktop via open in server
I've tried chrome and firefoc on my pc.
Chrome on another pc.
And I think also chrome on an other pc.
And in chrome on the QV-server
I've just cleared my browserhistory and cookies.
But that is no solution.
We've tried on 4 a 5 pc's none of them are showing the accesspoint.
This seems an issue somewhere in the web layer (network policies/network devices/security/firewall/proxy/web server).
QlikView Desktop > Open In Server does not connect via webserver, but the client directly to the QlikView Server, and uses QVP protocol/port 4747 instead of HTTP/80.
Does this ring any bell?
There are a lot of things to try in this thread:
