"Select in Field" Action does not set fields with a blank in field name

I try to use a button to set some field values. The action i use is "Select In Field". The field I want to set to current year is called [Fiscal Year].

I have triied every - god knows - way of [Fiscal Year] but the action ignores it. Any other field (with no blank in its field name) works fine.

I tried in the input box "Field" of the Action dialog

• Fiscal Year
• ='Fiscal Year'
• [Fiscal Year]
• ='[Fiscal Year]'

Help meee!!! How can I get this to work. And, no, renaming the field is not an option

Fieldnames with spaces works fine for me in 9 SR6, no quoting necessary. What version are you using?

I tried this and I make it work using [Fiscal Year] ... no quotations needed.

But wait, what did you put in your Search String TextBox? To make it work the same with the Field Textbox dont use any quotation. Just the text itself
