Hello all,
I have a Pivot Table with two dimensions (Category and Subcategory) on the left. To work around the lack of dimension limits, I crafted my own top five subcategory dimension with aggr(rank()).
I'd LIKE to "Show Others" to use the Dimension Limits term. In other words under each category I'd like to see a count of the records which don't belong to one of the top 5 subcategories.
Does anyone have a clue regarding this?
Where you are using aggr expression? in dimension or expression?
You may try using the following expression as your calculated second dimension instead Subcategory
=If (Aggr(Rank(Sum(Value)),Category,Subcategory) < 6,Subcategory,'Others')
