"Unexpected exception occurred"

Hi everyone,

Today I downloaded the version QlikView 11:20 SR10 for Windows 2012, but reflected an annoying problem.

If I click F5 to reload the page or reloading the page using the icon of browser, I get the message: "Unexpected exception occurred"

If I try to reload page I take the same message.

But if after clicking ok to the message window, I click anywhere on the blank page, the dashboard is show without problems.

Can you suggest me what to do?
I've already looked at the server logs, also increasing the log level, but I do not detect anything abnormal.
