qv.exe and qvconnect.exe desynchronized

Hi,

I´ve several documents that extract information from Informix Databases. These documents use 64bits ODBC driver. In QlikView 9SR6 the extraction works fine, but when I did the upgrade to QV 10SR2, the extraction became a nightmare. I use batch scripts to execute my documents and the execution hangs with no logical explanation. I think that qvconnect is the responsible, because I did a downgrade to QV 9SR6 and the extraction is working fine again. Do you have any idea what is going on?

No, it seems to me that you should contact support about this and let them take a look.

Are you sure the QV9 connection is being done with 64 bits? You can install the QV10 developer in parellel with QV9 just install it to a different directory.

Yes, the installed ODBC driver is 64bits. Since QV 8.01 documents work fine.
