I have a user that seems to have random issues with not being able to login. We do have named licenses and the users login directly to the document where a box pops up asking for user name and password. This is based on the users network credentials. There are times when I can login fine but he can not. No error seems to occur, just the login box keeps popping up. I do know he has multiple devices he uses pc, phone, tablet. Would there be anything preventing him from logging in due to a previous session hanging out there or any suggestions on what else it may be?
